About Chloe Frances Wellness

Passionate about supporting others to live in harmony with their body and in rhythm with nature.

 

As a Holistic guide, I help you reconnect with your body, this approach blends movement, touch, and mindfulness to nurture your mind, body and soul. I support you in becoming more present and grounded, releasing tension and finding your natural balance. 

 

I work intuitively with you and your needs during treatment time. As every client is unique, so is every consultation, treatment and aftercare. 

 

I draw on experiences from my own healing journey, where I was introduced to Ayurveda and Reflexology, these ancient practices changed my life now I work with compassion to help others.

 

Yoga taught me how to move my body in another way. With love, kindness, curiosity and being deeply aware of what is alive and present within, providing the tools to enable a nurturing lifestyle, one of self healing. 

 

In order for the treatments or practices to give, you must to be open to receive them to feel a sense of grounding, balance and harmony.

The approach combines traditional natural health practices with modern techniques to provide personalised care to each of my clients.
