About
I cherish life and all its beauty, guided by the earth and all it teaches,
gently inviting me to trust deeply and return to love.

I started yoga as a causal hobby, growing into it over time and choosing training to
deepen the practices, yoga isn’t about how long you’ve been practicing,
it’s about how willing you are to step onto the matt with presence.

Yoga is a devotion, a way of honoring my body and the earth beneath me.
It brings me back to the rhythm of my breath and the truth of my heart.

My joy is rooted in the sacred every day, in the mundane flow, like spending time in nature, the warmth of loved ones, good food, music, the moon light and the love of my dear Ace. These simple treasures keep me balanced.

I am a Yoga and Holistic Practitioner, other passions include being in nature, wandering around the world, moving my body and I’m a big food enthusiast. At the heart of my work is a simple intention: to support you in returning to yourself. This journey is not about creating something new but about uncovering the peace and presence that have always been yours. I teach from the heart and work with the seasons.

Deepening my path through incredible trainings. My foundations include a 200-hour training with Gayatri School of Yoga, complemented by explorations in Yin Yoga and mindful movement practices. My journey into the holistic therapies was further enriched by Massage and Reflexology courses, which deepened my understanding of the body, energy, and the profound connection between touch and wellbeing.

My path into healing blossomed through the wisdom of Ayurveda and Reflexology these practices shaped my life and taught me to hold space for others with compassion. I share these practices to help others reconnect with their physical, emotional, and energetic selves. As David Frawley once said, ‘the mind and body are not separate; one affects the other.’ Now, I integrate these teachings into my daily life and work, cultivating harmony and awareness in every moment. Nature and Ayurvedic remedies are woven into my days, living with the cycles of the earth, acknowledging herbs and food as medicine, resting, and daily rituals that nurture the body.

Within each practice and session, my hope is that you feel held and supported, gently guided to reconnect with your body, your breath, and the natural rhythm of your being.

Many blessings,
