Yoga gave me the permission to feel everything that was present, to sit with the deep presence, mental clarity and physical power of the practice.
Yin Yoga, is a slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine with the meridian lines and asanas (breath) that are held for longer periods promoting stillness, holds and balance. This allows the deeper, connective tissue within the body to release and allows awareness within. Helping you find stillness and letting time flow.
My passion for yoga started when I found myself in a stressful job and used it as a self-care tool, I feel there is no better feeling than to nourish the body through movement and breath.
Yoga is my daily practice and it brings me so much peace, joy and love. I will always be a student and is committed to continuous reading, studying and exploring different angles of the practice. Yin yoga creates balance in our usual Yang world.
