Yoga
Yoga gave me permission to feel everything that was present. It allowed me to soften, to sit in stillness and listen deeply, and to discover the quiet power that lives in gentleness.
My journey began during a time of stress, when yoga became an act of self-care, a space to breathe again, to nourish my body, and to remember my own rhythm. There is such beauty in allowing movement and breath to hold you.
As a Hatha and Vinyasa Practitioner, I guide with softness and strength intertwined, flowing with intention and inviting others to meet themselves with compassion. My classes are a space to slow down, to connect and to honour the divine within.
As B.K.S. Iyengar reminds us, “Yoga does not just change the way we see things, it transforms the person who sees”. My aim is to guide you into that transformation, where strength and softness coexist, and where you can reconnect with yourself through breath and movement.
Yoga is my daily devotion a practice of love, peace, and continual learning. I remain a student always, curious and open to all the ways and teachings that yoga reveals.
